I have never had an issue with Google, but I have heard of a few that have. I love it and replaces PayPal with it. Now that they have invoicing as well, I can use it for subscritption programs too. My customers seem to love the fact that they don't have to play around with PayPal trying to sign them up.

I don't know the reason why they shut you down, but they have always been responsive to me. I did get suspended once just recently, they thought I was trying to sell something that only a non-profit can sell. I responded to them and they got me going again, with an apology, in less then 24 hours. I used the email contact form and they were quite prompt.

Google just closed my account without tell me why. I had 10 customers, all of them were verified by phone. Google refused to tell me why, customers said they did not receive the credits to their credit cards, however google claims they issued the credits. Based on google search most of people end up like this - they make money, and google just shuts them down leaving with nothing.
