They claim to be adding 3,500 members per day and I know several affiliate programs that pay out via them. An account is easy to set up, but they have restrictions on credit card payments until you build a history with them. i.e. They hold all charges for 7 days until they feel comfortable with you.

I have it only as an alternative, but as you know, I love Google checkout and if you use them in conjuction with your adwords account the discount the fees to almost nothing and you get the Google Checkout logo in your adwords ad, very cool and eye catching.
