Default WHMCS and RBS Worldpay Integration

    Good Morning,

I've currently applied for a Worldpay merchant account (The one which comes with the gateway and merchant account). I've already applied for invisible XML integration after reading the info on the site here. However I'm having real trouble actually integrating it.

I've installed the RBS payment module and it seems to go through ok but I seem to be getting 3D secure code errors for some reason? I've tried speaking to RBS and they say that the reason is because my site isn't passing the right variables for 3D secure.

I've already researched what 3dsecure is but that really doesn't help me. All I want to know is how to fix it!

I'm desperate to find a way to make this work so that I can start accepting payments and actually run my business.

If you could help me out with this it would be fantastic because it's driving me crazy!

    Thanks

    Simon

    Hi Simon,

    Firstly welcome to the site!

It's funny you should mention this because one of my clients was having a very similar problem. Anyway this might be useful:

    RBS 3d Secure Info

I'm trying to set it up on a shopping cart rather than WHMCS so not sure if I'll be able to help if I do manage to find a solution for this!

I assume you're still in test mode? If so try one of the following test card numbers: Test Card Numbers

This will let you know whether there are really any problems.

Anyway I'll try to find a solution for you and let you know when I find out!

How are you finding RBS worldpay at the moment? I found their support surprisingly quick to reply

    Andrew

    Hi,

Did some more research on this. It seems like the RBS junior module does support 3d secure. For some reason though it's not supported on the invisible module.

Try using the bibit module. I am pretty sure this one includes 3d secure and as it's now the same as worldpay should work. I've seen this work before anyway

    Thanks

    Andrew
